Greeks Inside travelled to try the feeling of Christmas in Athens. Through a few photographs we will try to pass that feeling to you too. Photos of a city that does not need many ornaments to beautiful.

This is for those who are away from Greece but want to feel a bit closer to it and get the feeling of Greek Christmas.

Without being significantly splendid, plentiful or majestic, Christmas decorations in Athens are inspired.

Quite simple, but at the same time romantic and cozy, Christmas in Athens is wonderful. The city is outright inviting for long walks with good company or even alone, to take in the spirit of Christmas.

As the time passed by and the night was growing older, the rhythm was turning upbeat. Christmas shopping ceased and romantic walks through the avenues and the alleys of the city. Coffee houses and bars were crowded and so was Syntagma Square.
